Due to the personalized nature of each unit processed, we will not be taking any returns or issuing any refunds on hair pieces that have been shipped out. 

Orders will usually ship 10 business days after purchase is made. However, due to the custom nature of our products, processing time may vary. Once orders have been processed, they will usually ship within 3-5 business days depending on location.
